Brief Bio
After completing my PhD at Southern Methodist University I took a position as an Assistant Professor at the University of Maryland. In 1988 I moved to following 30 years, including Professor and Department Chair. In 2018 I retired and moved to the South Dakota School of Mines and Industry where I have been involved in research as described above as well as developing policies in the area of Faculty Development.
