You will spend the week learning the science behind explosives and seeing how engineers use detonations to unearth precious minerals, shape the landscape, or even sculpt Crazy Horse and his horse™ head from a mountainside.

Enrollment Process

All prospective campers must complete the following items before their summer camp application will be complete.

1. Submit the online registration
2. Complete student statement as well as teacher letter of recommendation.
3. Submit waivers

Camp Details

Grades: 10th -12th

  • Day Camp 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Lunch is provided
  • Parent Reception Thursday 1 PM
  • Registration fee - Free

Cancellation Policy
