Drama Club Minutes: 2/17/05


  1. Presidents report (Gene Engel) – Painting the spirit rock was good. Thanks for those who made posters for auditions. Saw new people at auditions, posters got good attention. Please take down old posters.

  2. Secretary (Jason Neitzert) – Getting all scripts together to compile a list of them to hopefully save time and money. Can be posted on internet

  3. Treasurer (Neal Hungerford)- “We have money, but less than before. Less than $10,000 is a guess. It’s classified”

  4. Historian (Amanda Prines) – “I’m Tired”

  5. Tech Director (Lee Corley) – not present but left note on meeting agenda for tech people to get a hold of him so he can set up tech meeting.

  6. Publicist (Katie Buchy) – Discussion about selling adds as done before

  7. Spring production – apparently a few parts have to be recast as 2 people forgot they got engaged and were getting married at about the same time as the play (Another reminder of the evils of alchohol). And something else about North Dakota. There was discussion of some of the ways that charchters in the production will be killed on stage and how it will done. Also the costume director (Amanda Prines) discussed what kinds of costumes to get.

  8. Old Business – T-shirts will cost $10 (actually $9) but we will call the extra dollar from each shirt a fundraiser. And the shirt design made an old horny man giggle (An angel got its wings).

  9. New Business – Web Site Needs some updating, like the new officers (Already Done).

  10. Next meeting March 3rd 11AM.
