    1. Set up committee to determine colors, fonts, etc

    2. Obtain 3 separate bids from various businesses

  5. One Acts

    1. Anyone interested?

    3. Scheduled for Valentine’s Day Weekend

      1. only perform 2 nights – Feb 11th and 12th

    1. January 20th – scheduled for noon, may be rescheduled to 4:00 pm

  9. Student Association Letter

    1. SA would like a monthly letter updating them on our organization’s progress and plans

    2. SA based this request on their desire to convert us to SOAP

  10. Passed around schedule of community events check with Gena if you would like to see it.

  11. Last Production – ‘The Importance of Being Earnest’

    1. Need to set up a system of documentation of exact duties so people may know what to do when

    2. Good things/Bad things about last production?

      1. Too loud in green room and no space

      2. Possibly facilities could move the chairs etc in and out

      3. The new door to the green room is great

      4. Scheduling was terrible

      5. We can utilize more people that we actually are

      6. Director would like someone to tape the shows

      7. Made $200 in box-office

  12. Executive Council

    1. Script reading over break

    2. Proposals for next production must be done by Jan 20th

    3. Must decide on play quickly to allow time for script delivery and royalties
